📅 Selection Process

Tier 1 Screening Test – General English, Hindi, GK, Reasoning, Computer Literacy, Pedagogy (300 marks, 120 minutes).
Tier 2 Subject-Specific CBT – Post-wise subject + pedagogy (180 marks, 180 minutes).
Skill Test / Interview / Demo Teaching – Final stage for shortlisted candidates.
Weightage: Tier 2 (60%) + Interview/Demo (40%).
